Apple Grove Dental and Orthodontics is looking for a Patient Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team, located in a convenient NE Colorado Springs neighborhood. We are a modern practice using the latest technology, including digital x-rays, same-day crown machines, laser, and digital impressions. We offer both general dentistry AND orthodontics services. Our team is passionate about helping patients of all ages, while also supporting each other and having fun together! Responsibilities

• Perform all administrative and patient care functions including managing patient communication, patient records, treatment planning, scheduling, insurance verification, insurance authorizations, insurance billing, and patient billing
• Communicate with patients about appointments and treatment
• Ensure the highest degree of customer service related to assigned tasks
• Maintain high patient satisfaction related to patient interactions
• Respond to all patient inquiries via phone, email, fax before the closing of business
• Coordinate closely with the dental assistant team to ensure efficient operations and workflows, and clear cross-team communication to deliver an excellent patient experience and to ensure all team members are aligned in meeting practice goals
• Adhere to all office policies and procedures, including HIPAA and OSHA

Qualifications

• Prior dental front office experience preferred
• Excellent customer service experience on the phone and in-person
• Committed to ensuring an excellent experience for all patients
• An excellent team player
• Organized and able to multi-task effectively

Pay rate: $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience
