What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and treat orthodontic issues in both children and adults
- Create custom treatment plans with braces, clear aligners, retainers, and more
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
- Build trust with patients by clearly explaining options and treatment journeys
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Stay current with advancements in orthodontics and evolving technologies
- Educate patients on oral health during treatment and beyond
- Contribute to practice growth by supporting a strong patient experience
What You Bring
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Orthodontic Specialty Certificate & licensed to practice in Colorado
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
- Experience with clear aligners and digital orthodontics is a plus
