Our private dental office in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a personable, motivated, and detail-oriented Cosmetic Liaison to join our growing team. This key position is responsible for managing cosmetic dentistry leads, cultivating relationships with potential patients, and ensuring a seamless experience from the first inquiry through post-treatment follow-up. Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 (plus sales incentives)

Schedule

  • Full-Time (Alternating Weeks):

    • Week 1: Monday-Thursday

    • Week 2: Tuesday-Friday

  • Office Hours:

    • Monday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

    • Tuesday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

    • Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a confident communicator and proactive professional who takes ownership of the patient experience and enjoys being part of a collaborative, high-performing team in a private dental office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management & Sales:
    • Respond promptly and professionally to all cosmetic dentistry inquiries via phone, email, and social media

    • Educate potential clients on cosmetic treatments such as veneers, whitening, and Invisalign, addressing questions and concerns with empathy and clarity

    • Build trust and rapport with prospective patients to encourage consultations and treatment acceptance

    • Proactively follow up with leads and track conversions through CRM or lead management systems

    • Contribute to sales strategy discussions and identify opportunities for improved conversion and patient engagement

  • Customer Journey Management:
    • Serve as the main point of contact throughout the patient’s cosmetic treatment journey

    • Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments for the doctor and team members

    • Ensure patients are informed, prepared, and comfortable prior to their visits

    • Oversee the entire experience from first call to final follow-up, guarantee satisfaction and consistency

  • Business Development:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen referral networks and patient acquisition efforts

    • Identify new partnership opportunities and community outreach initiatives

    • Review conversion data and patient feedback to refine outreach and marketing approaches

  • Follow-Up & Retention:
    • Conduct post-treatment check-ins to ensure patient satisfaction and build lasting relationships

    • Encourage ongoing care and promote future cosmetic or restorative services

    • Collect testimonials and feedback to support marketing initiatives and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development (experience in the dental or cosmetic field preferred but not required)

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Proficient in multitasking, organization, and time management

  • Familiarity with Dentrix or other dental software systems

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional demeanor

  • Enthusiasm for aesthetics and patient-centered care

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of cosmetic dental procedures (veneers, whitening, Invisalign, etc.)

  • Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking systems

  • Understanding of marketing and referral development strategies
