• 3+ years of prior hands-on dental assisting experience

• Proficient in Dentrix software

• Fully trained in 3D impressions and intra-oral scanning

• Strong experience managing complex treatment plans

• Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-doctor environment

• Motivated self-starter with leadership mindset

• Values teamwork and patient-centered care

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
