Job Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental front office experience is required
• Experience with verifying insurance (PPO)
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to drive schedule productivity, hygiene reactivation, and treatment plan conversion
• Ability to learn and adapt to a changing environment
• Familiarity with Dentrix software
