What You’ll Do
- Assist the doctor chairside with efficiency and confidence
- Ensure smooth patient flow and on-time appointments
- Take accurate X-rays, digital scans, and assist with clinical procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant operatory
- Provide an outstanding, welcoming experience for every patient
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (REQUIRED)
- Bilingual in Spanish (PREFERRED)
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft software (PREFERRED)
- Ideal certifications: Coronal Polishing and N2O
- A strong sense of urgency and ability to stay productive throughout the day
- A true team player who supports both front and back-office flow
- Dedicated and dependable with a strong work ethic
- A patient-first mindset-someone who genuinely cares about patient comfort, education, and experience
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical setting
- Strong communication and chairside skills
