What You'll Do

Deliver Exceptional Orthodontic Care

  • Provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment for children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Utilize both traditional orthodontic techniques and clear aligner therapy.

Build Lasting Patient Relationships

  • Educate patients and families on treatment options.
  • Create a positive, patient-centered experience from consultation through completion of treatment.

Collaborate with the Team

  • Partner with an experienced staff to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
  • Contribute to a positive culture focused on service, clinical excellence, and teamwork.

Support Continued Growth

  • Help maintain the practice's reputation for exceptional care and outstanding patient outcomes.

Ideal Candidate

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Completion of an accredited Orthodontic residency program.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas.
  • 3+ years of orthodontic experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills with a patient-first mindset.
  • Interested in long-term growth and the possibility of future leadership or ownership opportunities.

Location: Plano, Texas
Compensation: $1,500+ per day
Schedule: Approximately 12 days per month
